The personal data which FIRST Management collects and holds will depend on the nature of your interaction with us but generally includes your name, contact details (such as your phone number, address and email address) and general information about your business operations.

FIRST Management generally only collects personal data if you choose to provide it yourself, for example in person, over the telephone, by post or email, via our website or by completing online enquiry form. Data collected by cookies when you visit our website is used on anonymous basis and is not used to identify you personally.

Personal information is collected and stored for the purpose of:

• Providing services that you have requested and responding to your enquiries. We need to process your data to perform our commitments and contractual obligations to you in response to services you have requested or to respond to your enquiries;
• Conducting projects in which you have chosen to participate. We need to process your data to conduct the projects for which your information has been provided; and
• Contacting you about opportunities that may arise in addition to providing services, responding to enquiries and facilitating project participation. If we are notified that you do not wish to receive such information, we will not send it to you.

Sensitive information will not be collected.

Complaints may be lodged with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (Privacy complaints - Home (oaic.gov.au)) or similar organisation in the country in which you reside.
